National Grief Awareness Day
The Christmas season is supposed to be about being with family, having a good time, and for those who are religious, remembering the reason for Christmas.
However, Christmas can exacerbate the loneliness and grief felt by those who have lost someone. And at our age, chances are most of us will have lost someone by now.
This petition being organised by Pro Green (off of rap!) is so important – it’s for a national grief awareness day.
We appreciate you’re busy but PLEASE take a little time out of your day to read this, and if you’re happy to, sign the petition. Here’s the link to the wonderful Change.org website:
Thanks – Paul at Loving Life After 50.
